Competition Brings Challenge

Science fair projects help to promote critical thinking, problem solving, and research.

Allow your children to challenge themselves to try new things and make big discoveries!

By participating in a science fair, homeschool students of grades K through 12 are encouraged to dig deep into something new with the benefit that comes from competition.

If your student is performing advanced level research and planning to advance to the state level, please reference this guide for the complete rules:

The guides below are simply a help guide if you hope to progress to the next level. The strict requirements are not required for beginner entries.

All projects should:

  1. Consider a problem or question.

  2. Allow the student to form a hypothesis.

  3. Test the hypothesis.

  4. Show how the scientific method was used to determine the results.

We would love to have your help with judging the projects!
