Kerri, a homeschool mom of 16 years, holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the US Air Force Academy. With 5 years of active duty and 4 years in the Reserves as an Air Force Intelligence and Executive Officer, she brings leadership and discipline to her educational endeavors. Kerri has been a Classical Conversations Tutor for 3 years, founded two NCFCA-affiliated Speech and Debate Clubs, and serves as Director of the Semper Paratus Speech and Debate Club. She has also been the NCFCA Region 8 Treasurer for 2 years and teaches youth girls’ Sunday School, embodying a commitment to faith, education, and community

Angela Pilcher, the Founding Executive Director of Unite, has been a dedicated homeschool mom for 11 years. With a diverse professional background, she served as a linguist in the Army, a software consultant and project manager for Strategies Group, a Children’s Ministry Director for Life Bible Church, and a Marketing Coordinator for ATC Development. Angela’s leadership, organizational expertise, and passion for education empower her to guide families in the homeschooling community with vision and purpose.

Michael, a homeschool dad of 16 years, earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the US Air Force Academy and a Master of Military Operational Art/Science from Air University. A retired US Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and Command Pilot with 20 years of service, he held roles including C-130E Aircraft Commander, C-17A Lead Airdrop Evaluator Pilot, and Chief Pilot, among others. Now a Delta Air Lines Captain (A320) with 6 years of experience, previously serving as First Officer (B717 and A320), Michael brings precision and leadership to his family’s educational journey, blending diligence with a passion for learning to his role as Unite Treasurer.
