Our traditional homeschool dance instruction club is a place where teenagers can enjoy learning and performing various styles of dance in a safe, respectful and fun environment. We believe that dance is a form of worship and praise to God, and we encourage our members to express their faith and gain confidence in who God created them, through movement.
We are committed to providing a positive and supportive atmosphere for all our members. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination or bullying. We expect our members to treat each other with kindness, courtesy and respect at all times.
We also respect the personal boundaries of our members regarding physical contact. We understand that some members may feel uncomfortable with certain types of dance or partner arrangements. We do not force anyone to participate in any activity that they are not comfortable with and instruct the students to kindly say “no thank you” if they feel uncomfortable for any reason. We allow our members to choose their own dance partners or groups while encouraging dancing with everyone.
Proper behavior and social etiquette is something we expect from all our students. We teach polite ways to interact and expect all students to use respect when interacting. Inappropriate touching or advances will never be allowed.
We do have a limitation of 40 people, so RSVP early to ensure your spot.
